We ask our customers to move any breakables like lamps, vases, picture frames or other small decorations. Some smaller furniture should be moved away to create some extra room for our technician to move the rest of the furniture around. We will move what one technician can safely move (such as couches, loveseats, chairs, tables). We will not move any computers, televisions, stereos and other electronics unless the customer disconnects all the cables and if necessary, we will get customer’s assistance to do that. Heavy furniture like china cabinets, wall units, bookshelves, pianos will stay in place, but all the carpet will be cleaned close around. In the bedrooms, the beds can only be moved from side to side if there is enough room to do that.

You should be able to walk on carpets right away, as there is no dirt-attracting residue left behind after the cleaning is completed. If a stain is relatively, new it can be much easier to remove it than a stain that had plenty of time to sit and set in the carpet.
